Eligibility
Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period are not eligible under this policy.
This guarantee applies to our sunglasses and jewelry collections only. Limited editions, promotional items, bundles, and gift sets follow our standard return policy unless otherwise stated.

This satisfaction guarantee is a one-time offer for first-time customers, allowing you to experience our craftsmanship risk-free.
Repeat purchases of the same item are not covered under this guarantee.
Conditions
Unworn items:
Eligible for a refund within 30 days, provided they are returned in original condition and packaging.
Tried-on items:
Sunglasses and jewelry may be carefully tried on. However, items must show no signs of wear, scratches, alterations, or damage.
Defective or damaged items:
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately. We will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.
For hygiene and quality reasons, items showing visible wear, scratches, or misuse cannot be refunded.
Refund Details
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow 5–7 business days after approval for processing.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
If your order qualified for free shipping, a flat shipping fee will be deducted from the refund, as these costs cannot be recovered from our logistics partners.
Complimentary gifts or promotional items are not eligible for refunds.
Abuse of Policy
We reserve the right to decline refunds in cases of abuse, excessive returns, or misuse of this guarantee.
