Opened products: For hygiene reasons, opened items can only be refunded under the money-back guarantee for first-time customers, or if the item is defective.

Refund Details

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5–7 business days after acceptance for the refund to be processed.
