  3. Gift sets, bundles, or promotional packs are not included in this money-back guarantee.

Conditions

  • Unopened products: Always eligible for a refund within 30 days.

  • Opened products: For hygiene reasons, opened items can only be refunded under the money-back guarantee for first-time customers, or if the item is defective.

  • Defective or damaged items: If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately so we can replace or refund your purchase.


Refund Details

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout. Please allow 5–7 business days after acceptance for the refund to be processed.

  • Original shipping costs are not refundable. If your order qualified for free shipping, a flat shipping fee will be deducted from your refund, as these costs cannot be recovered from our logistics partners.

  • Free gifts or promotional items are not eligible for refunds.
